1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order if they have not been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be provided only in the following situations:
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Product received in damaged condition
✔ Missing item in the package
✔ Payment successful but order was not created
3. Refund Not Applicable
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
✘ Customer changed their mind after placing the order
✘ Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
✘ Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
✘ Minor color or appearance differences due to screen/display settings
✘ Product used, modified, or damaged by the customer
4. Replacement Policy
A replacement can be requested if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is not working as described
Important:
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is required for all damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.
5. Refund Processing
- Refund review and approval: 2–3 working days
- Refund credit: 5–7 working days after approval
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase
